SmartPM Expands Executive Team with Two New Senior Vice Presidents

ATLANTA — SmartPM Technologies, a premier provider of construction-project analytics, has welcomed two new senior vice presidents to its executive team. Lance Kirby steps into the role of Senior Vice President of Client Experience, while Alexandre Teplitzky takes on the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing.

With over 20 years of experience, Kirby has dedicated his career to promoting the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) practices among architects, engineers, contractors, and owners. In his new role, he will focus on enhancing the post-sales experience, ensuring that each customer derives maximum value from the SmartPM platform. Previously, Kirby worked in Customer Success and Business Consulting at Autodesk and served as the Director of Customer Success at Building Systems Design (BSD).

Teplitzky brings a strong background in developing effective product and marketing strategies within the construction technology sector. As the SVP of Marketing, he will manage all initiatives and campaigns to elevate the SmartPM brand. Before joining SmartPM, he was the Head of Marketing at ALICE Technologies Inc., a pioneer in AI-driven construction optimization, and previously held a role at Procore, where he oversaw new product launches in international markets.

Kirby holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Mississippi State University College of Art, Architecture, and Design. His expertise includes Six Sigma, LUMA, Leadership Strategies Master Facilitation, Situational Leadership, and Visual Strategy Facilitation.

Teplitzky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from San Diego State University. He possesses extensive knowledge in Enterprise Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Branding & Identity.

“Successful solution adoption comes from understanding the customer’s needs and setting expectations about what we will achieve together,” noted Kirby. “Our customers partner with us to solve business problems. Our job in CX is to help guide them to those solutions that will have the biggest impact but require the least effort.”
