Denver-based contractor Haselden Construction is broadening its geographical footprint by establishing a new office in Bozeman, Montana. This move aims to enhance their service capabilities in the Rocky Mountain region and facilitate construction projects across the state, as stated in a news release dated September 30.

Founded in 1973 and reporting revenues of $461 million in 2023, Haselden sees this expansion as a significant milestone in its growth strategy. The firm already has a solid presence in neighboring Wyoming and its home state of Colorado.

With the launch of this new office, Haselden expects to tap into the rapidly expanding Montana market, which has seen a surge in tech industry jobs since the pandemic, contributing to a notable development boom. The company plans to provide a range of services, including preconstruction, construction management, general contracting, and design-build.

“This expansion is part of our ongoing commitment to better serve our clients and grow our business in key markets,” said Byron Haselden, CEO and president of Haselden Construction. “Montana is experiencing significant development, and we look forward to playing a pivotal role in the region’s continued economic growth.”

Haselden is leveraging its extensive experience from various high-profile projects in Colorado, such as The W Hotel in Aspen, the University of Colorado Engineering Center in Boulder, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and the recently completed replacement hospital for Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge.

The company emphasizes that these projects highlight its dedication to innovative technology and sustainable solutions. Its portfolio encompasses diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, municipal, cultural, and hospitality projects.

The Bozeman office, dubbed Haselden Montana Constructors, will be led by President Daniel Bates, a construction veteran with two decades of experience who has been with the firm for the last ten years, specializing in preconstruction.

“We are eager to create new partnerships and initiatives and improve existing structures throughout the region,” Bates expressed in the release.
