We're thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of the GSQ Medical Building, a premier Class A medical outpatient facility located within the Goodyear Civic Square, part of the GSQ master development in Goodyear, Arizona.

This state-of-the-art project is a collaborative venture between Ryan Companies and Globe Corporation, the master developer behind GSQ. The three-story, 62,475-square-foot building, fully leased by Banner Health, represents the first medical facility to be constructed within the development, supporting Goodyear’s vision of a vibrant new downtown area.

Ryan Companies is both the developer and builder of this project, which is on track for completion in the third quarter of 2025.

The Banner Health facility will offer a variety of medical services, including primary care, orthopedics, cardiovascular care, on-site labs, and imaging. This center will be Banner’s first large-scale, multispecialty health facility in Goodyear, enhancing local access to healthcare services.

Ryan Companies has a longstanding relationship with Globe Corporation and previously served as the general contractor for the Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ. This innovative mixed-use campus features a four-story city hall and library, a two-acre civic square park, a 912-space parking garage, and a three-story Class A office building.
