Construction Begins on 270,000-Sq-Ft Industrial Park in Mesa

PHOENIX — Construction has officially begun on Mesa Grandview Business Park, a three-building industrial development that will add 270,000 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space to Mesa’s Falcon District. The project, located at the southwest corner of Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway and Greenfield Road, is set to enhance the city's position as a hub for business and innovation.

Mesa's Economic Growth Strengthened by New Industrial Space

Mesa Mayor Mark Freeman expressed enthusiasm about the development, which is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026.

“Mesa Grandview Business Park shows Mesa’s commitment to economic growth,” Freeman said in a press release Wednesday.

Freeman, along with other city officials and representatives from Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. (SIHI), attended a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the project's launch.

“This project will bring jobs and businesses to our Falcon District,” Freeman stated. “This industrial space strengthens Mesa’s position as a hub for innovation, opportunity, expansion, and growth.”

The Mesa Grandview Business Park will be situated northwest of Falcon Field Airport, positioning it within a key industrial and aerospace corridor. Its proximity to major infrastructure and transportation routes makes it a prime location for businesses looking to expand in the region.

  • The largest building will cover 132,665 square feet.
