Sean Kenny has been named Construction Group Manager for California, a role in which he will oversee construction operations and project execution across major sectors such as power, transmission and distribution, aviation, federal, ports, global facilities, and aerospace manufacturing.

Kenny brings deep expertise in design-build and engineer-procure-construct (EPC) delivery models, having progressed through the company from field engineer to project manager, and most recently serving as construction director with a focus on industrial markets.

A native of California, Sepulveda holds a degree in architectural engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and brings over a decade of experience managing greenfield developments, plant expansions, and retrofit projects nationwide.

Both leaders are positioned to play a critical role as California ramps up investment in resilient infrastructure, sustainable development, and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
