“This hospital represents the resilience of our community and our determination to restore local healthcare,” said Corte McGuffey, chair of the Riverton Medical District board of directors. “Achieving this milestone shows the dedication of everyone involved.”

The hospital will be located in Riverton's Eastern Shoshone Business Park and will provide a range of healthcare services, including trauma care, orthopedics, and an outpatient clinic. The project has been funded through USDA loans, federal grants, and local contributions.

“We understand the challenges of building in rural communities,” said Brandon Wilkins, Vice President of VHI. “This hospital will serve the community for generations to come.”
