Explore exciting opportunities with Haskell as they seek Quality Managers and Coordinators for a landmark project poised to be the largest in the company's history. This is a chance to join a dedicated team committed to achieving high-quality outcomes while advancing your career.
Haskell’s Quality team plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction through the consistent application of quality processes, clear accountability, continuous improvement, and meeting all project requirements.
Drawing on over 50 years of experience in the AEC industry, Haskell’s Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) fosters open communication with both the design team and clients, serving as a comprehensive roadmap for each project.
The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for monitoring quality activities and ensuring adherence to the QIP. This role includes participating in design phase activities and reviewing documentation, requiring a solid understanding of design and preconstruction documents, along with the ability to conduct regular inspections for compliance.
“They would be facilitating inspections, making sure documentation is under control, really governing the subcontractors to follow their quality plans,” explained Matt Sugar, Regional Quality Manager. “We want someone who’s a little more seasoned and has been through a few projects, that has that background, that knowledge.”
Haskell is not just offering jobs; they provide fulfilling careers. The company has been recognized as No. 1 in Training Magazine’s APEX Awards for leading training organizations globally. Haskell fosters a collaborative work environment guided by six strategic pillars, the foremost being “Provide Team Members the BEST Job of Their Lives.” The company offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401k match and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which gives stock ownership to every full-time employee.
This upcoming project represents a significant opportunity for personal and professional growth, according to Sugar.
“This is a groundbreaking project in an expanding market that is expected to become the largest in Haskell history, and you’ll have that on your resume,” he noted. “There’ll be great exposure. That will be a career booster, and it's going to give you the confidence to want to keep going.”
