The Walsh Group Elevates Callan Mintz to Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment for the Water Division

The Walsh Group is proud to announce the promotion of Callan Mintz to Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within the Water Division.

In his new role, Mintz will oversee the Water Division's HSE initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. He will also lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, manage staffing needs, and guide educational and training objectives for teams across the division.

"With over 17 years of diverse experience in construction operations, Callan has played a pivotal role in embedding safety as a core value in our western heavy civil projects," said Brian Geist, Senior Vice President of HSE. "We are excited to see him further strengthen our safety culture and advance the Water Division's strong safety framework."
