Phelps Construction Group Joins Forces with the New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center for Multi-Year Partnership

DENVILLE, N.J., Oct. 3, 2024 – Phelps Construction Group, a leading full-service construction management firm, is thrilled to announce its multi-year partnership with the New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center. This collaboration will officially introduce The Lofts, a premier space presented by Phelps Construction Group.

Having successfully completed numerous renovations at Prudential Center over the past 17 years, Phelps Construction Group is proud to deepen its longstanding relationship with the New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center.

The Lofts, built by Phelps Construction Group in 2019, is an expansive 14,500+ square-foot luxury club that captures the essence of classic New Jersey with a "speakeasy" vibe. This premium space features vaulted ceilings soaring 30 feet high and provides stunning panoramic views for its members. It also offers a variety of seating options, a gourmet all-inclusive buffet, and two full-service bars stretching 40 feet in length.
