McShane Construction Completes The Derby Apartments in Madison, Wisconsin

Madison, Wisconsin: The Derby, a new affordable housing development in Madison, has officially opened following completion of construction by McShane Construction Company. The project, developed by Lincoln Avenue Communities, features 70 residential units and includes dedicated office space for community services.
