March Construction, headquartered in Wayne, has recently announced strategic promotions within its leadership team. Thomas A. Cavallero has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), succeeding his previous role as Vice President of Estimating and Purchasing. Cavallero brings over 20 years of construction expertise to his new position, starting his career in architecture and later gaining significant experience with a major carpentry contractor.
In his new capacity as COO, Cavallero will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction, estimating, and purchasing activities at March Construction. His extensive background spans sales, marketing, bidding, contract negotiations, and project management, with a focus on commercial projects throughout the East Coast.
Dawn St. Denis, who has dedicated 26 years of service to the company, has been promoted to Assistant Controller. Formerly serving as a project accountant, St. Denis will now work closely with the company controller, managing project billing, accounts receivable, and payroll. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from William Paterson University.
Thomas Easse has been elevated to the position of Senior Project Manager. With more than 36 years in commercial construction management, Easse has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects across various sectors, including public schools, healthcare, retail, and historical renovations. His recent projects include Hamilton Street in Bound Brook, 3 Westchester Park Drive, and Carraway Luxury Apartments in Harrison, New York.
