KENPAT, N-RG Cladding, and Architectural Glass Services Announce New Leadership Team for Next-Generation Succession Plan

APOPKA, Fla. — KENPAT and its affiliated companies, recognized as award-winning specialty contractors in interior and exterior wall systems, ceiling systems, cladding, and glass services, today announced several key leadership promotions as part of their next-generation succession plan.

Christina Weaver has been promoted to Vice President of KENPAT Central Florida, a leading installer of commercial drywall, interior and exterior wall systems, ceilings, and architectural specialties. Weaver has been with KENPAT since 2013, initially serving as a project manager before moving into the role of Director of Operations. Before joining KENPAT, Christina spent eight years as a construction project engineer, project manager, and estimator. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

Yuri Melnichenko has been elevated to Vice President of N-RG Cladding, a premier commercial contractor specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of engineered architectural cladding for building façades. Melnichenko joined N-RG Cladding in 2013 and has held increasingly senior roles within the company. Prior to N-RG, he worked with construction and architecture firms in both Orlando and internationally, including Beijing, China, and Knoxville, Tennessee. Melnichenko holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Tennessee.

Andy Amitrano has been promoted to Vice President of Architectural Glass Services (AGS), a commercial glazing contractor. Amitrano has been with AGS since 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from his prior role as Senior Project Manager at a local aluminum and glass company in Orlando. He also has a long history in the glazing industry, having served as an operations executive and glazier at Horizon Glass & Glazing and as General Manager for Alliance Glazing Technologies in Denver from 1999 to 2019. He attended Metropolitan State University of Denver.

“These leaders represent the future of our portfolio of businesses,” said Group CEO Paul Wolmarans. “I have great confidence in their ability to execute on our vision of becoming a single point of contact for commercial general contractors, meeting all their interior and exterior ceiling and wall system needs in the regions we serve.”

Weaver, Melnichenko, and Amitrano will report to Group President Etienne Wolmarans, who was promoted to his current role in August as part of the company’s succession strategy.

“We have an outstanding team of leaders in place, supported by talented teams dedicated to serving our general contractor partners,” said Etienne Wolmarans. “Together, we’re helping to create a future filled with iconic buildings that will be enjoyed for generations.”
