MIAMI — KAST Construction, the leading construction firm in Florida, proudly announces the completion of Miami's latest iconic skyscraper, Natiivo. This 51-story mixed-use development features luxury condominiums, a Gale-branded hotel, commercial office spaces, and an array of resort-style amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, spa, and several high-end restaurants. The project was developed by GFO, the family office of Russell Galbut, one of Miami’s most renowned developers.
Modesto (Mo) Millo, the head of KAST’s Miami Business Unit, played a key role in overseeing the project, guiding the Miami-based team over the course of three years to bring the vision to life. "This project was a labor of love for the entire project team," Millo states. "At our peak manpower, we had over 500 workers on site, managing every aspect of the project. We divided the project into several key components — the tower (including hotel and condo units), the podium with amenities, the office and commercial areas, and the building's exterior. Each area had its own leadership team responsible for meeting deadlines and coordinating with the design team, the client, and subcontractors. Effective communication and a strong sense of urgency were essential to managing over 1 million square feet of space. Despite facing several challenges, the team remained focused and determined."
