The leadership changes aim to strengthen collaboration, accelerate efficiency, and enhance the company’s ability to deliver value to its customers, particularly in the Washington, DC, and Baltimore metro areas.
New Leadership Appointments
- Camilo Garcia will co-lead DPR’s Northeast region, overseeing business units in Boston, New Jersey, Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Richmond. He will also join the DPR Leadership Team.
- Adrienne Rosenbaum will co-lead DPR’s Washington, DC and Baltimore Business Unit, leveraging her expertise in team development and operational efficiency to drive project excellence.
- James Zocco will lead DPR’s self-perform work (SPW) strategy, strengthening the company’s in-house construction capabilities, including advanced prefabrication techniques and quality craftsmanship, which will result in greater efficiency and cost savings for customers.
Together, they will work alongside current leaders Mike Humphrey, co-regional leader for the Northeast, and Christopher Hoffman, co-lead for the DC/Baltimore Business Unit. This leadership team will foster a collaborative, customer-focused approach to project delivery in the region.
Driving Innovation and Excellence
The new leadership team brings decades of diverse experience and industry expertise, all committed to advancing DPR’s innovative practices. By integrating collaborative solutions such as virtual design and construction (VDC), artificial intelligence, cutting-edge prefabrication techniques, and self-perform work strategies, DPR will help customers achieve their goals while raising the bar for safety, quality, and project delivery across the Northeast region.
“Camilo, Adrienne, and James bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership,” said George Pfeffer, CEO of DPR Construction. “Their focus on operational excellence, innovative technologies, and developing top-tier talent will strengthen our customer relationships, empower our teams, and drive us toward a more efficient, collaborative, and sustainable future. Our customers face increased pressures every day and we strive with these transitions to enhance our team’s ability to address them. Simply put, their contributions are integral to our ability to deliver predictable outcomes.”
Experienced Leaders with Proven Success
- Camilo Garcia has been with DPR since 2003, establishing himself as a leader with a collaborative approach to project execution. He has been integral to DPR’s growth in the DC/Baltimore area and helped expand DPR’s Northeast presence to five offices. He is also a strong advocate for diversity, leading efforts that have earned recognition, including a Washington Business Journal Diversity Award.
- Adrienne Rosenbaum has been a key figure at DPR since 2011, leading operations for the DC/Baltimore Business Unit and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. She has consistently delivered high-quality projects and is also a mentor and board member for Second Story, advancing industry leadership.
- James Zocco has played a significant role in DPR’s development of self-perform work capabilities in Richmond and beyond. His work in expanding concrete, drywall, and other construction trades has improved safety, quality, and efficiency, particularly through the development of DPR’s Prefabrication Assembly Facility.
Looking Forward
The leadership transitions mark DPR’s ongoing evolution as the company continues to expand its self-perform work (SPW) and prefabrication capabilities, implementing digital tools to ensure consistent and predictable outcomes for clients. This forward-thinking leadership team is committed to delivering innovative, sustainable practices that will shape the future of construction and provide measurable value to customers.
“We’re committed to driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in construction,” said Mike Humphrey, co-regional leader for DPR’s Northeast region. “Our leadership shift is designed to deliver industry-leading results and push DPR’s capabilities to new heights while ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and exceptional project execution.”
