Chad Huber Promoted to Vice President of Pre-construction
W.E. O’Neil is proud to announce the advancement of Chad Huber. Chad Huber has grown his career within the company from his start at W.E. O’Neil as a Project Engineer more than two decades ago to now being a Vice President of Preconstruction for our Chicago region. In addition to his responsibilities providing day-to-day operational oversight for the company, Chad serves in the Project Executive capacity for some of W.E. O’Neil’s most complicated projects throughout Chicago. Most recently he served in this role for the conversion of the upper floors within the historic Daniel Burnham-designed Continental and Commercial National Bank Building at 208 S. LaSalle from office space to a luxury hotel property.
Chad is an expert in guiding clients and project teams through the intricacies of breathing new life into historic and under-utilized buildings, and applies lessons learned from all of his projects to continuously improve W.E. O’Neil’s construction practices.
It’s important that we provide career paths and development opportunities for our employees because an entry-level employee who was just hired could be the President of W.E. O’Neil someday. It’s our responsibility to recognize that potential in our employees and help them grow within the company.
