LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 contractor, has announced the appointment of Tamara Bujakowski as the new Director of Build to Rent (BTR). Bujakowski brings more than 20 years of expertise in construction, development, and strategic business growth, positioning her to play a key role in expanding Catamount’s BTR portfolio and fostering relationships within the sector.
Her vast experience spans leadership roles at prominent construction firms, including CFC Construction, Shaw Construction, Brinkman Construction, and RJM Construction. Prior to joining Catamount, Bujakowski served as Vice President of Project Development at CFC Construction, where she spearheaded growth initiatives and strategic partnerships that propelled the company’s success in the BTR and multifamily markets.

She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with honors from Meredith College, focusing on Interior Design and Business. Additionally, she pursued prerequisite coursework in Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
