Carroll Daniel Construction Company has finalized the acquisition of O’Neal Inc. Engineering, based in Greenville, SC. The integration will combine O’Neal’s business units with Carroll Daniel’s in-house Engineering and Architecture divisions, now operating as Carroll Daniel Engineering. This acquisition adds over 100 engineers and support staff to the Carroll Daniel team.
Founded in 1975, O’Neal Inc. operates in Greenville, SC; Atlanta; and Allentown, PA, specializing in a range of engineering disciplines such as structural, mechanical, chemical, electrical, and process controls.
