Rusche has been with American Global for three years, serving as Southeast Senior Broker, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. Known for her strong work ethic and dedication to clients, she has earned a reputation as a respected team player and top-tier broker.

Previously, Andrea worked as a Senior Broker at American Global, where she enhanced the strategic and technical aspects of the brokering process. Her background in claims and large account underwriting gave clients a unique perspective and helped optimize results in a challenging insurance market. Prior to joining American Global, she worked as a construction underwriter at global insurance carriers, tailoring risk management programs for owners and contractors.
