Alston Construction has recently promoted Tony Yeafoli to the position of assistant superintendent, marking a significant milestone in his career. Yeafoli, who continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve as a drill sergeant and supply NCOIC, brings a wealth of experience from both military and civilian construction sectors.
Having served over a decade in the U.S. Army Reserve and seven years in active duty, Yeafoli's background includes extensive involvement in industrial, office, and commercial construction projects. In his new role at Alston Construction, he will work closely with the site superintendent to ensure the smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
Yeafoli's responsibilities encompass comprehensive jobsite coordination and communication, critical roles in ensuring project success. His expertise in constructibility analysis, scheduling, and operational efficiency will be pivotal during the preconstruction phase, where he will collaborate closely with the project team.
Throughout his career, Yeafoli has contributed to over 1.7 million square feet of commercial construction across the United States, including notable projects in Henderson and Las Vegas. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from National American University, Yeafoli is expected to graduate in January 2025, further enhancing his qualifications and expertise in the field.
