Tutor Perini and O&G Joint Venture Secures $1.18 Billion Contract for AirTrain Newark Replacement

**NEW YORK--Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), a leading construction company specializing in civil, building, and specialty projects, has announced that it has been awarded a $1.18 billion contract by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. This contract, which is part of the AirTrain Newark Replacement Program, covers the design and construction of the Guideway and Stations Project at Newark Liberty International Airport.

The project will involve the creation of a 2.5-mile elevated, automated people mover system with three new stations, replacing the existing AirTrain system that has been in service since 1996. Tutor Perini is the managing partner in a joint venture with O&G Industries, Inc. (“O&G”), which holds a 25% stake in the partnership. Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) will serve as the lead design subcontractor for the project.
