Turner Construction Company has marked a significant achievement in the $102 million Tennessee Oncology Medical Office Building project in Nashville, Tennessee. The milestone celebration took place with the topping out of the $76.4 million Midtown Medical Office Building and the $25.4 million Tennessee Oncology Tenant Improvements. Workers and clients gathered to sign the final steel beam before it was placed during the ceremony.

The five-story, 310,097-square-foot facility will serve as a cutting-edge cancer care center, combining imaging, medical, and radiation oncology services under one roof. The building's design and technology investments are aimed at advancing cancer prevention, detection, and treatment. Patients will benefit from a holistic approach to care, with access to nutritionists, social workers, and care navigators, ensuring both clinical excellence and a personalized experience.

Natalie Dickson, MD, President and CEO of Tennessee Oncology, emphasized the importance of the project, stating, "Our goal is to deliver cancer care in an independent practice that’s convenient and accessible to patients across Tennessee. We’re excited to have Turner Construction's support in bringing this state-of-the-art facility to life."

Paul Lawson, Vice President and General Manager at Turner Construction Company, highlighted the positive impact the new cancer care center will have: "This facility will be a game-changer for cancer treatment in Tennessee. Our team is proud to be part of such a meaningful project that will greatly benefit patients."

The core-and-shell construction is expected to be completed by Spring 2025, with the tenant improvements finished by Summer 2025, bringing enhanced cancer care services to the Middle Tennessee region.
