The Pendergraft Building, located at the intersection of Drake Street and Gregg Avenue in Fayetteville, has been awarded the 2024 Urban Guild Design Excellence Award for Mixed Use Architecture. Developed by High Street Real Estate & Development and designed by Nequette Architecture & Design, the building is praised for its “Modern National Park” aesthetic, blending traditional and contemporary design elements.

The Urban Guild, a national organization promoting exceptional urban design, honors projects that positively impact their environments while adhering to sustainable building practices.

Completed in 2022, the Pendergraft Building serves as the family office for the Pendergraft family, with additional spaces available for lease. The building also received the Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders & Contractors of Arkansas in 2023.
