Elzen brings more than four decades of construction experience in Western Canada, with an extensive background in general contracting, design-build, and construction management. His expertise is especially strong in the residential and multi-family housing sectors.

Since joining Cormode & Dickson in 1984, Elzen has risen through the ranks to head the company’s executive leadership. Under his guidance, the firm has delivered complex housing and commercial developments across the region. Elzen holds a Journeyman Carpenter designation and is a graduate of NAIT’s Construction Engineering program, giving him both technical acumen and strategic leadership capabilities.
