Mazza Recycling Services, a leading recycler and hauler of metals and construction materials based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, has expanded its footprint by acquiring Bull Waste & Recycling, a hauling company located in Berlin, New Jersey. This strategic acquisition marks Mazza's third expansion of the year and is set to enhance its service offerings in the region, strengthening its position as a leader in South Jersey's waste management industry.

The acquisition will allow Mazza to integrate Bull Waste's operations into its own, offering an expanded array of waste and recycling services across Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties, as well as a broader reach into the Camden and Burlington counties, where Mazza has already established a solid presence. Jimmy Mazza Jr., President and CEO of Mazza Recycling, emphasized the importance of this move, stating, “Since acquiring Liberty Waste and Recycling earlier this year, we’ve been able to provide exceptional waste and recycling collection services throughout Camden and Burlington counties. The services provided by Bull Waste and Recycling align perfectly with our existing business lines in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties. This acquisition helps us move closer to our overall vision of becoming the number one hauling company in South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area."

As part of the deal, Mazza will not only enhance its service offering but also expand its capabilities, including offering a wider range of container sizes to meet the needs of its diverse client base. With a solid reputation for reliable waste collection and recycling, Mazza is positioning itself as a go-to company for construction, demolition, and industrial waste disposal in the region.

Looking ahead, Mazza's President and CEO, Jimmy Mazza Jr., emphasized the company’s commitment to continuing its growth trajectory, adding, “Our goal is to become the No. 1 hauling company in South Jersey and beyond. We believe the acquisition of Bull Waste & Recycling is an important step in realizing this goal while providing exceptional service to our valued customers across the region.”

The transaction also speaks to the growing demand for waste management solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the construction industry, as well as the broader commitment to environmental sustainability and recycling efforts. Mazza Recycling’s commitment to these areas makes it a standout in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
