Leopardo Construction, a prominent name in commercial construction, is excited to unveil a series of significant leadership promotions that align with the company's recent growth and geographic expansion. These strategic moves are part of Leopardo’s long-term succession and development plans aimed at sustaining growth, nurturing talent, and achieving excellence in construction.

The following individuals have ascended to senior leadership positions:

Todd Welch – Chief Financial Officer

With Leopardo since 2004, Todd has been at the forefront of financial innovation within the company. In his new capacity, he will manage all financial operations at Leopardo.

Steve Smith – Executive Vice President, Markets

A cornerstone of Leopardo for over 35 years, Steve has played a vital role in the company’s achievements. He will now oversee various markets, including Job Order Contracting, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Science and Technology, while continuing his leadership at the Orlando, FL, and Cleveland, OH offices.

Leigh McMillen – Executive Vice President, Operations

Having dedicated more than two decades to Leopardo, Leigh has contributed to many of the company’s largest municipal, community, recreational, office, and industrial projects. In her expanded role, she will enhance overall performance through continuous innovation and process improvement, overseeing field operations, preconstruction, estimating, and additional key departments.

Jessica Sherwood – Senior Vice President, Growth

Jessica has been instrumental in widening Leopardo’s footprint in essential sectors, particularly in healthcare, over the past decade. In her new role, she will lead business development and strategic growth efforts, emphasizing national expansion, strategic partnerships, and client relations.

Ralph Barszcz – Senior Vice President, Field Operations

Since joining Leopardo, Ralph has significantly improved the corporate safety program, achieving industry-leading EMR scores and advancing the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. He will now oversee all field operations.

Ryan Haase – Vice President, Aviation

Ryan has led Leopardo’s foray into the aviation sector, securing significant projects with top airline and airport clients. In his new position, he will continue to push for growth in this area, expanding Leopardo’s national aviation presence.
