Manufacturing is set to begin in the second quarter of 2025, with deliveries expected to start in the third quarter of 2025.

Multifamily Townhouses

‍A $2.1 million deal to supply 28 modules for the construction of townhouses, totaling 14 residential units in Bowdoinham, Maine. KBS was chosen for its proven ability to deliver high-quality commercial projects on an expedited schedule, a critical factor compared to traditional on-site construction methods. Manufacturing for these units will begin in the third quarter of 2025, with deliveries scheduled for completion by the end of the third quarter of 2025.
