WATSONVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE) announces with profound sadness the passing of Dr. Patricia D. Galloway on September 26, 2024. Serving as a distinguished member of the Board of Directors since June 2017, Dr. Galloway was instrumental on the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees.

With over four decades of expertise in energy and construction, Dr. Galloway held the position of chairman at Pegasus-Holdings Inc. She was also the owner of Galloway Arbitration and an esteemed international chartered arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, along with being a member of a Dispute Review Board.

“On behalf of the entire board, I’d like to express my deepest sympathies to Pat’s family, friends, and her team at Pegasus-Holdings,” stated Mike McNally, Chair of the Granite Board. “Pat was an influential board member who contributed much over her seven years on our board, including up until shortly before she passed, and she will be greatly missed.”
