Earthcore Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of Isokern fireplaces and chimney systems, is preparing to break ground on a new 30,000-square-foot distribution centre in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The strategic addition to the company’s national logistics network marks a continued commitment to meeting customer demand quickly and efficiently across the U.S.
Enhancing Regional Service and Reach
The Cheyenne facility, Earthcore’s fifth distribution center nationwide, is designed to bolster the company’s reach across the Northwest and Upper Midwest regions. With its prime location inside the Cheyenne Logistics Hub, the new site will offer convenient access to key transportation corridors, allowing Earthcore to streamline its supply chain and better serve its dealer and distributor network.
“Our commitment has always been to deliver the highest quality products and service to our customers in a timely manner,” said Earthcore Industries CEO Carl Spadaro. “Adding our fifth distribution centre in Cheyenne helps us fulfil our promise to deliver products within 48 hours.”
The move reflects Earthcore’s continued growth and adaptability in the face of rising demand for efficient, high-performance fireplace systems. Known for its proprietary Isokern line—crafted from natural volcanic pumice sourced from Iceland—Earthcore products are recognized for their energy efficiency, design flexibility, and longevity.
A Collaboration of Industry Leaders
Construction of the facility will be led by Richardson Construction Company of Fort Collins, Colorado. Design responsibilities are being handled by VFLA Architecture + Interiors, bringing together a team of experienced professionals to deliver a high-functioning and visually cohesive space.

The new distribution center will serve not only as a logistical asset but also as a regional hub for customer service and sales support, helping Earthcore to deepen relationships with its more than 600 independent distributors and dealers across North America.
The official ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled for April 10, 2025. The event will include Earthcore leadership, representatives from Richardson Construction and VFLA, as well as community leaders and partners from across the region.
Supporting a Coast-to-Coast Network
Since its founding in 1990, Earthcore Industries has grown into one of North America’s premier providers of fireplace systems. Its existing distribution centers and retail offices are located in key markets across the country, including:
- Jacksonville, Florida
- Chesapeake, Virginia
- Charlotte, North Carolina
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Dallas, Austin, and Houston, Texas
- Corona and Camarillo, California
- Phoenix, Arizona
The new Wyoming location will strategically fill a geographic gap, increasing shipping speed and reducing freight costs for northern and western U.S. customers.
As the demand for energy-efficient building solutions continues to grow, Earthcore’s expansion represents its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and service.
