Richard has more than 15 years of professional experience, ranging from minor repairs to complex multimillion-dollar tenant improvement projects. As part of this, he is also involved in contract and change order negotiations to ensure that the project stays on track and meets all the requirements of the client. This also includes facilitating proactive decision-making, tracking project progress, and managing changes effectively.

His leadership experience has progressed from on-site supervision of self-employed labor and trade partners to overseeing all aspects of quality control. He has worked as an architect, general contractor, project manager, and subcontractor, which has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of construction projects from various viewpoints.

His supervisory skills include labor relations, labor supervision, labor cost control, equipment selection, contract administration, safety management, and a variety of scheduling methods. He credits his success to years of experience, meticulous planning, and strong leadership.

Richard has worked with several notable organizations, including Elliott Construction Group, Kukulu'ana Management, Handy Andy Hawaii, Pillar To Post Home Inspectors, and Rescue One Restoration. He earned a Bachelor of Arts and Architecture Landscape Architect degree from Pennsylvania State University (2003-2008) through the NAAB Accredited Architecture Program.
