Megan Shapiro

Founder,
Construction Leadership Blueprints

Read about Megan Shapiro

Megan has been practicing construction law since 2012, when she fell into the practice at her firm. She started her journey primarily representing one concrete company and uncovered not only a love of concrete but also a passion for construction law. From there, she has grown her practice and her clients to almost exclusively construction companies.

After litigating construction disputes for nearly a decade, Megan realized that there had to be a better way to apply the lessons learned through those hard-fought legal battles to prevent those types of disputes from happening again. With that goal in mind, Megan set out to distill down the lessons she had learned in the courtroom and at the negotiation table, creating her signature AIM For Higher Profits framework.

Through her team training, one-on-one strategy sessions, and, soon, her online course, Megan guides construction leaders through her AIM For Higher Profits framework to help them determine their risk tolerances, uncover risk blind spots, and create customized proactive risk management strategies tailored to their specific companies, all to increase the bottom line.
